In memory of Louise Hulton

Our beloved friend and colleague, Louise Hulton, passed away on the night of Wednesday, 15 February. She died peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, after a long and brave fight against cancer.

Louise was a global champion for maternal and newborn health whose achievements in this field have been many and great. She joined Options in 2005 and in her role as Technical Director she was at the heart of so much of the work that has defined Options. Her exceptional positivity inspired the many people around the world who have been fortunate enough to have known her, worked with her and benefited from her knowledge, wisdom and unique charisma.

Our thoughts are with her family, close friends, and colleagues.

She will always have a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.
