Tracy is Assistant Director of Human Resources. She is a seasoned HR leader responsible for ensuring high quality strategic, operational, and transactional HR support to Options’ and its team members across all our countries of operation.
Tracy is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and brings a wealth of HR experience from both the public and private sector, having worked across a variety of industries including construction, retail, aviation, and social enterprise.
