Steve is an international expert on urban planning and social infrastructure development for the poor. An advocate of multidisciplinary teams and community engagement, he provides technical support to the NHSSP Health Infrastructure team in Nepal to build sustainable and multi-hazard resilient health facilities. He has worked across Africa and Asia, with national, provincial and local governments and development agencies.
