Patricia’s extensive experience in health system strengthening covers multiple aspects, including advocacy, accountability and quality of care initiatives. She’s worked on programmes at sub-national, national and regional level, bringing her strong technical focus to ensure data informs decision-making. Patricia has developed and managed monitoring and evaluation frameworks for a wide range of contexts, and ensures learning from these informs future programming.
