Principle Consultant, Gender Equality and Social Inclusion
Olga is a gender and social inclusion expert who has worked for bilateral and multilateral donors, as well as for international NGOs to promote gender equality and transformative programming across health, education, economic empowerment, and SGBV initiatives. Olga is specialised in providing technical advice for interventions promoting women’s and girls’ rights, as well as organisational gender mainstreaming.
Olga is currently leading Options’ gender equality and social inclusion work supporting the application of Options’ GESI self-reflection tool across all our programmes and providing internal capacity building opportunities for staff and partners. She is also providing ongoing technical support to the Evidence for Action (E4A)-MamaYe, Safeguarding Resource Support Hub and Support to the Africa-Led Movement to End FGM/C programmes.
