Joy is a health financing expert and a public health professional with expertise in health systems strengthening, health financing, policy development and project management. She has vast experience in using evidence-based and innovative approaches to guide advocacy and policy reforms for increased investment in health by policy makers. She is the global health financing lead at Options, supporting health financing advisors across various countries and programmes to increase access to health care through designing and supporting health insurance schemes, mobilizing domestic resources, and strengthening the capacity of government stakeholders in public financial management, resource mobilization, advocacy and data use for decision making. Joy is based in Nigeria.
