Helen Ekpo is a Public Health Specialist with a doctorate degree in Public Health, and master’s in public health in Health Education and Hygiene Promotion. She has worked with local and international organisations based in Nigeria.
Helen’s technical expertise lies in health systems strengthening, health financing, reproductive maternal newborn child and adolescent health, institutional development, gender mainstreaming and HIV prevention, treatment and care. She also has experience in programme management, including planning, designing, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
