Alice is committed to strengthening health and social systems to deliver equitable and effective care. Alice’s areas of technical expertise include health system strengthening, particularly focused on reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health, and monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning. She is passionate about reducing inequitable norms and social determinants of ill-health by promoting transformative gender equality and social inclusion across all her work.
Alice lends her technical expertise to the E4A-MamaYe team, supporting monitoring and evaluation of advocacy, accountability, and health financing initiatives, and is a technical advisor on inclusive monitoring, evaluation, research and learning to Ghana Somubi Dwumadie.
Alice is a member of Options’ Gender Equality and Social Inclusion technical working group and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion group, contributing to shaping inclusive policies and practices and ensuring Options’ programming approaches firmly reflect our inclusive values.
