The discussion focused on how to engage national stakeholders to include family planning in social health insurance schemes.

Health insurance schemes are commonly recognised as a key vehicle for achieving universal health coverage. But many social health insurance schemes do not include family planning in their benefit package.

We’re excited to invite you to a practical session on at The International Conference on Family Planning (ICFP22) with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Center for Global Development (CGD) and MSI Reproductive Choices on how to work with national stakeholders to make the case for including family planning in social health insurance schemes.
