Country Lead WISH 2 DRC
Arnold MATABARO BARUME is Options’ Country Lead for the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health (WISH) 2 programme in DRC. An expert in international public health and social and behaviour change communication, Arnold specialises in sexual and reproductive health, immunisation, and infection prevention and control. Arnold has worked in West and Central Africa with several international NGOs and UN agencies. Arnold holds a master’s in International Public Health Management and a BAC+5 in Planning and Management of Health Programmes.
