Senior Service Designer 

 

Lucy joined Options UK after graduating from Northumbria University in 2007 and in early 2008 she became our design lead. She has carried out a number of service and context mapping exercises for Options UK and has conducted reviews of a range of services. Lucy is a specialist in taking a service user centred approach to improving care pathways through the use of design research and service design strategies.
