 In 2008, Options UK provided ‘Expert-Partner’ support to Wolverhampton City PCT in developing a Sexual Health Training Strategy and Action Plan. The overall aim of the PCT’s project was to increase the competency and capacity of the local workforce to deliver levels 1 and 2 of sexual health service provision in Wolverhampton and the Midlands as a whole. Using the views and contributions of key stakeholders and a robust analysis of relevant data, the final outcome presented an action plan setting out a step-by-step tool kit for analysing the training needs that will underpin the development of a training strategy. |
