As Options’ Technical Officer you will contribute actively to the growth and development of the organisation and to the delivery of its mission. The role will involve support to the delivery of consultancy services to Options-led programmes overseas, through visits and remote support. The post is London based but will include overseas travel.
You will have an MSc or similar qualification in a relevant field. You will also have experience of having supported/worked on programme(s) in African and/or Asian countries for a minimum of one year. You will have demonstrated ability to operate within your area of technical expertise with oversight and supervision. You should be capable of producing external reports and contributing to research papers. Monitoring and Evaluation skills are essential. Skills in advocacy, social change communications or accountability approaches, are desirable.
